Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time all orders are aimed to be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please email our support team at support@niftyofficesolutions.com if you are experiencing any delays.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if you have eligible tracking. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
niftyofficesolutions.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@niftyofficesolutions.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
